There are currently four partners heading the practice. These are:
| David Mudie, Retired Senior Partner, now consultant.

|  | David had the distinction of being the longest-serving partner and is well known as a specialist in medical accountancy. David is now retired but remains part of R A Clement Associates team as a consultant. David enjoys gardening and walking. |
| John MacGregor, Senior Partner

| | John is a native of Oban and has worked at R A Clement Associates for over twenty five years, first as accountant and then as a partner. He took an early interest in computers as accounting tools and has continued to direct the development of the IT infrastructure at R A Clement Associates to its present advanced level. John plays golf when he can find the time. | | Graham Anderson

| | Graham was educated in Glasgow and moved to Oban to join R A Clement Associates some years ago. His professional interests include nurturing small companies and he leads the R A Clement Associates small business unit. In his spare time Graham is a competitive yachtsman, taking part in the many sailing events organised on the west coast. |
| Fiona McGlynn

| | Fiona joined R A Clement Associates in 1991 after qualifying as an accountant in Glasgow where she attended the University. Fiona was appointed partner in 1999. Fiona has particular expertise in audit and the accounts of charitable organisations. When she can find time between work and family Fiona likes to get out on the Golf course. |
| Duncan Grout

| | Duncan is the most recently assumed partner in R A Clement Associates, celebrating his appointment in 2003. Duncan joined R A Clement Associates as a trainee and qualified with the firm, since when he has worked his way to the top. New clients will often meet Duncan for a preliminary discussion of their needs before they are assigned a partner for the long-term. When not working, Duncan’s hobbies include cycling and walking. |
